I have the same problem. I have a high priced ticket (more than $1000 phl to las) booked by corporate travel. I have an assigned seat going out. But the return is showing only availability on choice or exit row seats so corporate could not book me a seat.
So do I have to get to the airport a zillion hours ahead of time to get a seat? Or do I have to hold on to the handrails? Or will they bump me off?
I have no status since I stopped flying them aftet being treated so badly. I had no choice this time! I tried to avoid them, but due to the last minute booking only US Airways had seats available.
Our flight without seats is the PHL-LAS so we shall see.. online check in is in a few hours so maybe some more seats will open up....
