From the Executive Service - North America Product Features In-Flight

- Seat features: adjustable headrest, lumbar support, leg rest extension, adjustable footrest, recline
- Large pillows and blankets
- Complimentary gender specific amenity kits including sockettes, eye shades, dental kit, shave kit


When have they ever offered these features.

The only J seat that even comes close is those on ex-CP A320. Possibly the new AC A321, but I have not had the experience yet.

Hell, they can't even get the international J amenity kits consistent, when was there ever a NA J amenity kit. Closest I have seen in last 10 years is what CP used to offer in the lav.
