Most of what CruCon offers are public offers. The Western Caribbean sale this week for example, and the weekly Happy Hours, along with the holiday, wave season and other sales. Even the Travelzoo offers are usually available from any agency. They may not all advertise them at the same time, but that's the purpose of the "fair trade" pricing - to encourage passengers to choose an agency on service over price by taking pricing out of the equation.
