I bought this card for a old desktop. After I connected directly to the optimum modem I did a speed test. My speed has been on average about 2.5mbbs and the upload speed is 2mbbs.. The plan I have is for 15mbbs. Maybe someone can tell me what the 10/100 means, is the card limited to speeds up to 10mbbs or can the card handle speeds from 10 to 100 mbbs?
