No I think that "proper attire" required for travel is enough. Whatever happened to adults need to be able to make decisions that reflect being an adult. For the airline to come up with every little scenario of what would be not appropriate attire is just too far fetching. A middle aged man should know that showing up in panties and a bra to a very public place is just not acceptable. Sure, if he wants to wear that attire, or for that matter anything else, in a private setting that is his business.
There are adults who will drive a 5,000 pound motor vehicle when under the influence of various drugs.
There are adults who will shoot someone for little or no reason.
There are adults who would not hesitate to take by force everything you own.
