If you can find availability, you can actually get the roundtrip from RDU to BCN in Business Class for only 80,000 miles. The catch is that you would have to go through LHR in one direction, and pay some extra fees by flying one BA segment between LHR and BCN. For example, this itinerary comes in as just under 9,000 flown miles, which means you could get it as a oneworld award for 80,000 miles:

You could also go via JFK on the outbound, if necessary.
I think that the extra charges for going via LHR would be about $75 or so per person, but I would gladly pay $75 to save 20,000 AAdvantage miles. As an added bonus, you could have stopovers along the way, if desired.
