The LEO just really pi$$es me off. Threatens the pax (who is not violating any law) with arrest and seizes the property of the pax without a warrant.

Unless of course the phone was the uber-secret phone gun which will shoot a cloud of invisible gas to make everyone in the terminal freeze in time so that evil ter'wrsits can slip thru the checkpoint undetected as when the gas wears off, those who were affected by it will have no memory of what transpired.
