I agree 100%, I am not certain whether this is an HR challenge or something else entirely. We don't really have all of the facts in this scenario, but on face value, it appears the organization is placing itself in a precarious position.

Agreed, I have always been taught that you screen the passenger as they present themselves - male for those that appear male, female for those that appear female. It has simplified the process here many times.
