Wikipedia shows this for most airports, it can be useful for finding low-cost carriers, but generally you are better off with a proper tool, as Wikipedia is very rarely complete or up-to-date.
FYI, you can also use Google now (I think this function was recently added):
"Flights to (IATA code)"
"Flights from (IATA code)"
"Flights from (IATA code) to (IATA code)"
Sometimes, if the IATA code does not work, you would just type in the city (the system is getting better though. So if "flights from CMB to MLE" don't work, try "flights from Colombo to Male"
The system does kinda suck though in that it must be a completely non-stop flight. If I type in flights from LAX to SCL, nothing will show up because the only flight is a LAN flight from LAX to SCL that stops over in LIM.
