A few years back my wife and I stayed at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. She insisted our reservation included breakfast. The first morning we went into the lobby and saw a bunch of people at a breakfast buffet in a side room and figuring we belonged there we went in and helped ourselves. The next morning we returned to the lobby and the room was empty. Confused, we asked the front desk which told us that it was a private dining room and the people yesterday were part of a tour group that had since moved on. Our reservation did not include breakfast

. We got a chuckle out of it, though.
