This is still the standard reference for DL fare codes.

About the only things you can expect to be consistent across carriers is that

Y is the most expensive ("full fare") economy class
J or C is the full fare business class
F is the full fare first class

(And that's not even always true, as until recently, KL used something other than Y.)
