As a frequent Seattle visitor, I would recommend you take the 194 bus from the airport straight into the City. Between the waterfront, ferry system, shopping, Space Needle, and everything else Seattle has to offer, you'd have no problem occupying an afternoon. You might even get a local flyer to have dinner with you if you post in the Community section.
