Thanks, that's pretty much it, although I guess I could have phrased it a little more clearly.

Is there somewhere I can go to see the T&Cs as they were presented during booking? Or even the booking class? The old text emails clearly showed if it was Y or J or Q or whatever, then you could cross-reference those. Last one of those text emails I got was this February - maybe that's a very long time by FT standards.

My other concern at this point is why are the upgrade links still grayed out? I figure the ticket was issued for the seats to become visible, so why didn't the upgrade links activate at the same time? The system must know what the T&Cs for my ticket are, even if it won't show them to me. I get nervous when I don't have my own copy (of any contract - not just airline tickets.) Things like "restrictions may apply" are weasel words. The terms presented at booking were much more concrete.
