Loved the report too, N866DA... wish we mere mortals could talk to cockpit crews, check out routings, etc. I'm with you on the standbys and nonrevs who hover around the gate desk... some of us passengers enjoy sitting back, watching and waiting, too.

I'm curious about your slams of the MD-11... both from a ramp agent's perspective and a crew member's. What's so bad about it?
