I don't know about the High Sierra wheelies, but I had a High Sierra laptop / attache from the same line and it was a disaster -- very poorly made, zippers failed on two successful bags -- the one I bought and a replacement specimen they sent me. The shoulder straps were particularly uncomfortable and wore easily. Wouldn't have another product from High Sierra.
