I stay at the Ren CLT a few times a month. It is a bit tired but the rooms are nice (and all suites, obviously) and the open-atrium through all 9 levels is kind of cool. The CL is really nice and generally well stocked.

One note, however, if you are PP: The front desk clerks that work in the evening are *not* trained to recognize PP so unless you want to argue, expect Gold benefits and no welcome amenity. I have no idea why every once in a while certain hotels think PP status is actually Gold.
