In case it's of interest. Certainly beats the 41/77 cents per minute premium rate number they try to push on the website.
I phoned the above number this morning to cancel an award ticket and after waiting for an agent around 10', they told me that, as I was phoning from Spain, I could not use it, and I had to dial 902 20 12 14.
I dialed the "local" number and I was connected to an agent quite fast, so at tbe end it was not so bad.
