Try as I might, I can think of only one minor incident with an FA, in which she forgot she had not given me change for a Chinese note on a transPac flight, and was a little rude about it. It was quickly straightened out by the purser, who offered me a Skykit, for which I thanked her but refused as unnecessary. Now, if you want to talk gate agents or customer service reps, I've got stories, but in 20+ years of frequent flying, though I've encountered great FAs and indifferent FAs, I've never encountered an FA that I felt any need to complain about.
