Not on topic with non-medallions, but my experience this year has been abysmal for upgrades on PAID tickets...

However, Mrs. tgtg and I (both PM) got upgraded DTW-LAS and LAS-ATL and ATL-TPA on award tickets of all places last weekend!?!?!?
