Basically if you want to sit in Suite Class, you need to pay for it. NO redemptions on any other FFP other than SQ's Krisflyer programme. And even so, you need something like 1 million miles for a Singapore to Europe return each.

PS - its not a 'Family Suite'. Its a seat in a suite on its own. So your 3 year old will get her/his own Suite seat.
