Given that the all-inclusive award is separate from the hotel award (though the hotel award is required), I don't see why you wouldn't be able to both. I would think a quick call to Customer Service just to verify should get you a quick answer. (In fact, I might order all the awards at the same time from Customer Service just to make sure everything is in order.)
