You have successfully requested your Phone PIN. An email containing your PIN will be sent to the email address saved in your profile. You can now use this PIN when you call us to automatically check your Skywards Miles and tier miles balance and also to securely verify your account details when you want to speak to us.

We have recently upgraded some of our contact centres to enable us to recognize you from the telephone number you are calling from. To ensure we provide you with the best service possible please keep your contact details up to date. Use telephone numbers that are unique to you and avoid adding office numbers that could be used by others wherever possible.
