So my two kids each have 24505 miles, and need 500 miles more to get a free domestic...
How can I somehow get 500 miles to each of them so we can go a summer vacation? Any easy bonus out there? The share miles and buy miles is so expensive, not really want to pay almost $60 for 500 miles, $20 maybe...

Can the dining or shopping miles be under the same name of credit card and account name? Or can I dine or shop and put my kids account number as the receiving account?
