I think the northbound (and I would assume southbound) milk-runs are blocked from being booked all the way from SEA-ANC with the same flight number. When asking an agent about it a while back they couldn't even see it as an option. As some FT'ers have been on it the entire way, it is possible but it might only be due to irregular ops. I would think a good agent could force it in, do it segment by segment, but I'm not sure if they are allowed to or not.
