We are going to Tunica, Ms and need an early check-in at Harrahs or any other casino for that matter. We will be arriving on June 29th with inlaws in their 80's and not very mobile. Our flight arrives in Memphis 8:00 AM so we will be in Tunica around 9:30 AM. I need to get them situated in a room when we arrive. I understand that the casino can't guarantee that we would be able to check-in that early so I am certainly willing to pay for the night before our arrival so the room will be ready. My problem is: when I talked with Harrahs Tunica reservations today I was told that we couldn't do that because when we didn't check-in on the night before that it would cancel our reservation. I asked what could be done and they had no suggestions. I was transferred to a manager's voice mail but I have yet to hear back from them. I tried another casino and was told exactly the same thing. That the reservation would cancel when we hadn't checked-in by midnight even though it was on hold with a credit card. I asked if they couldn't somehow put that room on hold and was told they couldn't. Does anyone here know how to solve this problem? Thanks!!
