I'm running Outlook 2007 and the calendar item just shows up as a message with the .ics file attachment. When I open it (the .ics file), a calendar item opens and I save it. No invitation, no Accept or Decline. Plain and simple and it works. Now if they will just get the reminder set properly (or change their website to show 0 minutes).
