The direct number for the Gold desk is +971 (4) 316 7200. Again, this number will prompt you for your Skywards number. It may directly transfer you to an agent if your number is registered on your Skywards account. There isn't really an issue with posting this publicly since not only will the system not transfer you to Gold agents if you're not Gold, even if you DO somehow get to a Gold agent and try to deal with a non-Gold account, they will transfer you away (as I found out when trying to upgrade myself using miles from a Silver account).
