Hmmm, nope. Not to London in September anyway! ... and making the booking via BAEX in Bremen? Definitely not.... most odd. I'll call BA tomorrow and find out what it is. Clearly wrong and with no ticket number I'm not going to be rushing to the airport.

All I can think is that because I have complained on so many occasions about being gold and not being able to reserve seats on mixed IB/BA flight number bookings even thought they are all on IB metal that they are 'testing' an economy booking and didn't think I'd notice. I always reserve exit seats only to find at check-in I've been reassigned seats at the back of the plane in the middle and the check-in agent says 'sorry sir, there are no isle or window seats left.'

I've actually been on their case about the fact I am meant to be able to reserve seats on any OneWorld service as part of the emerald perk. Every economy booking in the past 6 months has been the same almost. I was even told by IB at the gate at LHR that only business class seat reservations work for anyone outside Iberia Plus! Nice!

You can't even check-in online with a BA/IB mixed itinerary either.... but that is a whole other moan! BA and IB keep blaming each other and saying it will take time to align their back office technologies to permit me to reserve any seats via MAD....or be able to check-in online. *rolls eyes*

...anyway, I digress. So that might be it I guess?
