Once you follow someone on Twitter you see anything they post in the timeline, not just posts directed to you. i.e. you could see a DeltaAssist post directed to @PRWeezer (not my Twitter name), @ DHG(Th), etc. in addition to posts to you. If you click on the @mentions tab it would show any messages meant just for you.
That's as opposed to a site like Facebook where you would only see the messages Delta (or any user) sent directly to you on your wall, not what they send to just anybody. Hope that makes sense!
