I also gotta say, my bad experiences has been with UA.

I'm usually very good about turning off cell phones before the door is closed. One time I was actually in process of turning it off when an UA FA in her 30s probably came over and told me to turn it off in a very rude and stern manner. I said that I was in process of turning it off, but blackberrys have a 5 second delay. She then stared at me until it was off before she left. I then noticed there was at least 3 other people still using their cells and she didn't seem to notice any of them.

I just find UA people very non-service oriented, even though I'm almost exclusively UA now, due to E+ and their routes and *alliance. Maybe it's because I fly them the most that I remember the most faults.

Southwest has been a mixed bag too. They keep their personalities and sometimes they're not good personalities. At least it's who they are I guess.
