I do agree with the Bradley Ogden recommendation in that the bar area is quite pleasant, but last time I was there, they did not offer a full menu at the bar.
Last time we were at BO lounge in Feb, the bartender asked if we wanted the dinner menu too.
BO offers a lounge 3 course prix fixe for $29. Their burger really is quite good.
