I've found the staff at LAX to be, as others mentioned, "an interesting mix" but never really had a problem with them. That said though their RCC staff is HORRIBLE compared to other RCC lounges domestically. It's really a shame being such a often traveled airport for many.

OP, I would call the 1K line and let them know about the incident. It's uncalled for these days for a GA to call someone out like that in front of other passengers.
