I did that once when someone did not want to move... and guess what, I got first class. That other passenger was so peeved... they quickly said "Oh wait, I will take that seat." The flight attendant politely said "Oh, I would not want you to have to get up and move, you are apparently too comfortable to move when you knew you had the wrong seat... just stay there...". It was priceless.
