Unfortunately seems so.

Fortunately, AA still needs to (1) update terminal plans to accomodate a terminal within a terminal; (2) find financing; (3) build it, and, (4) make it work before BA moves in.

2013 looks wrong and very optimistic

2015 has been mentioned but I'd be amazed if even that date happens.
