CP had the "AirBus" from the Muni for years and just funnelled what ever they could to YYC. It was CP that started with the bypass flights that went YMM, YQU, YXS non-stop to YYC.

At least that was jet service to YYC, now we are stuck with largely Dash 8 or eek, Beech service to cowtown. I know YEG is not YYC or YYZ but the loads on a number of the cancelled flights were not that bad - some flights from YYZ to the USA have had horrid loads and seem to stay around (albeit some have been axed).

I am glad AC will serve Hawaii from Edmonton next winter, likely via YYC or YVR as the release did not say the flights were non-stop. This is better than a connection but non-stop would be best.

When I flew to LHR the back was about 85% and the front was full. This was a THU night. Return was 3/4 in J and 70% in Y.
