What does this question even mean? Do you expect CX to give away their SL just because you have spend some time in GR? The only way to move up in tier is to gain the enough miles or sectors, or else, you either remain in your tier or move down (and in your case, you're already lowest at GR and CX doesn't seem to demote people to AM)
