Merging reservations to use less credits for upgrade
Hi,

I have a flight from LHR to YYZ and another, few hours later, from YYZ to MEX.
I had to buy these two trips separately. I want an upgrade for both flights which will cost me 14+10 credits. Is it possible to somehow merge both trips such that I'd use just 17 credits for these two legs?
