No.
You can access LH Business Lounges and most other lounges operated by the airlines as well. Contract lounges, as well as higher level lounges if the airlines operate them, are generally not going to be an option. If you are in FRA you would be able to access the LH Biz but not the LH SEN lounges nor the FCLs/FCT.
