Due to the increased number of premium passengers on the 747 from Las Vegas, BA have added a new facility.

It's really nothing to get excited about: the airport at that time of night is very quiet and BA have taken control of a bar next to gate 3 for use by CW passengers. Premium Passengers can still use the VIP lounge but when that's full this new facility is used for overflow.

It has cafe style seating and a capacity of 29. There are basic snacks and a barman on hand to pour you a drink.

I didn't have enough time to get any pictures, but they would only serve to disappoint.

If you are delayed, make sure the barman knows this as we were sent to the gate early. When we went back to the lounge he'd packed up and left!
