Your second photo shows the current interior of the Topas.
It is also used in other models such as the Titan, and Porsche Rimowa case.

Having more than a few Rimowa pieces since 1965, I would highly recommend the 4-wheel version over the two wheel. Much easier to turn corners, and pull and to push ahead of you (two fingers), over than just pulling a two wheeled case behind you.

Regarding the garment sleeve cover: It is quite nice. Good material and construction.
Also quite large, and with a interior nylon tube frame. Perhaps too large for the case you want, but it could be hooked to the top with the case latch. The nylon frame can be removed, in fact I had to do this to pack my jackets and shirts into a 32 Sports trunk case.
