I've also had pretty good luck with crews on this route. Even the few times I've been stuck back in row 19 the service has been attentive and friendly.

Any info on how often these transcons gets subbed out with an international 763? I've never seen or heard of it before this thread. I would think it's a pretty rare thing, mostly for aircraft repositioning.
