CO 635 is codeshared as UA 1143

It would appear that there is a glitch that added the UA codeshare flight number as a CO flight number as well.

CO 1143 would be the mistake flight.

It is interesting that on Kayak CO1143 shows on a CRJ-700 (with no operated by designation), while CO.com shows it as a 737-500.
