1st time in ZRH, IAD-ZRH 4 hour layover ZRH-LHR?

Hi everyone,
1st time through Zurich. Should I exit and use the Arrivals lounge?
Where should I go if that isn't a good choice?
Flying in Business on UA then Business on LX.
