In any case, it is the 'Canadian Exception' that is itself no longer pertinent for *A RTWs, since, as Hagbard Viking reminded us, the 'whichever is higher' condition no longer appears in the rules.

It seems to be correct. I was able to buy several RTWs with different starting points (mainly NRT and ICN) from my TA in Germany at the (lower) local price.
