Yes, but given the nature of his query I suspect that the OP is not one of those people.

In any case, it is the 'Canadian Exception' that is itself no longer pertinent for *A RTWs, since, as Hagbard Viking reminded us, the 'whichever is higher' condition no longer appears in the rules.
