Agreed in J, though in Y it seems more average (or at least less hit and more miss).

Almost all my crews have been announced as New York based, which could just be coincident to my travel patterns. I wonder if seniority comes into play... long enough trips that low seniority can't get them, but not as attractive as the international runs, which might get the more senior and more jaded FAs
