What happened to the Hawaii codeshares?
Trying to book a trip to HNL for next week. I'd like to book a roundtrip using AC flight numbers but ac.com simply blacks out days when there is no AC metal heading to HI and a want to fly on a no-op day.

Am I crazy or did AC previously codeshare on UA to Hawaii? If so, why not now?
