Well it sounds like for whatever reason, I'm going to have to call the AMEX travel office (this will be a first in 4 years). I found an M fare through MSP, but again, still have to call them. I just got off the phone with "after hours support" and they had no clue why I would need to call on Monday. But I was able to confirm that they are holding my ticket until tuesday morning. And the agent I spoke to was very helpful and also sent an email to the "ticketing office" so that if they see it, they can just book it ASAP.

Now things get more interesting coming back. I don't have an exact date, but it looks like I can book Y/M/B fares exactly the way I need to get an upgrade. So weird!
