I did that with LIS. I thankfully turned up early, so it didn't become an issue, but I never thought to check which terminal it was from (I was aware of Spanish ones).
I think it would make more sense if LIS and VIE went from T5 unless there is a good reason for it like there is for Spanish ones (IB, I assume).
VIE might be because BA and OW were already in negotiation/anticipating the tie up with Air Berlin (and consequently, Niki) - both of which have significant operations at VIE.
Or maybe just lots of O&D traffic and not so much connecting?
LIS perhaps because (a) they needed another SH destination and LIS made "geographical sense" with all the Spanish destinations already there, or (b) Willie's burning desire to buy TAP for IAG
