I am sure you are correct, but it does make the HEL and other justifications (especially SYD) rather less convincing and consistent.
SYD will not be in T5....due to the joint service agreement with QF, which means that where ever the BA 9 and 15 are , QF flights have to be. So BA will keep SYD flights in T3 to keep QF out of T5
